We are also actively working towards ISO 9001 certification, which will further demonstrate our commitment to quality management, patient safety, and continual improvement across all clinical and operational processes
In addition, preparations for Care Quality Commission (CQC) registration are underway. This will enable us to deliver regulated healthcare services in line with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and CQC’s rigorous standards for safety, effectiveness, and person-centred care.
